He has been widely compared with Pedro Martinez.
With the Rangers this season, Yu Darvish has a 1.65 ERA and he has 13.5 strikeouts per nine innings, and he leads the league in strikeouts. Every time he faces a team, he can bring new pitches to the mound, which will make him tough to hit every series.
