Lexus Akia Austin, 17, of Aragon was arrested and charged with fighting in a public place. Austin was released the same day after paying a $205.50 cash fine.
Taylor Marie Cason, 19, of was arrested and charged with fighting in a public place. Cason was released the same day after paying a $205.50 cash fine.
Christopher Collom, 31, of was arrested and charged with terroristic threats and acts (FVA), aggravated assault, aggravated assault under the Family Violence Act (FVA), battery (FVA), terroristic threats and acts and simple assault under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Kevin Dale Elsbury Jr., 25, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving on suspended license, no proof of insurance, suspended registration, improper license plate, cracked windshield and open alcohol container in vehicle. Jason Marcus McDowell, 38, of Aragon was arrested and charged with third degree cruelty to children, simple battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA) and obstruction. McDowell was released on 4/25 after posting three property bonds totaling $3,100.
Edvardo Carmona Mendoza, 56, of Cedartown was arrested and charged with driving without a license. Mendoza was released the same day after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department.
