Boston Marathon bombing suspect now in fair condition, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev has been in a Massachusetts hospital recovering from the serious injuries he suffered when he and his 26-year-old brother, Tamerlan Tsarnaev took part in a fire fight with law enforcement officers. However, according to an article published by CBS News on April 23, doctors have upgraded Dzhokhar's medical condition from serious to fair.
The Tsarnaev brothers are believed to be the men responsible for the April 15 bombings at the 117th running of the Boston Marathon. There were three people killed and more than 170 people injured in the bombings that happened near the finished line about four hours into the race.
Tamerlan Tsarnaev died from the injuries he received in a shootout with police on Thursday, April 18.
Dzhokhar who is said to be cooperating with authorities, was charged with using a weapon of mass destruction, and with malicious destruction of property resulting in death On Monday, April 22.
