Cop photo goes viral: Boston cop delivers milk during lock down

Cop photo goes viral: Boston cop delivers milk during lock down, During the lock down from the City of Boston bombings, one cop's act of kindness didn't go unnoticed. A photo of a police officer delivering milk to a family with kids and was later posted on Facebook and other social networks, has gone viral. The image that has been seen over 100,000 times proves "Officer Friendly" still exists.

In an April 23 Fox2Now report, while the greater Boston area was on lock down as thousands of police searched for Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, a Brookline officer found time to serve while protecting.

At some point while Watertown residents were forced to remain inside during a search for the last alleged surviving terrorist, a grandmother visiting from Colorado left the residence.

Outside she found Officer John Bradley and asked could he make a store run for milk; the family had a 17-month-old baby and was in need of food for the infant.

A short time later, Officer Bradley returned with not one, but two gallons of milk. When Kevin Wells, the child's father saw the officer approaching, he snapped a photo of the cop that has gone viral for obvious reasons.
